Name plaques - three sizes

*Please add font choice in the text box with the name - if no font is written, your order will be created in the standard FONT ONE*

*Please note, names may be separated into sections depending on the name, and font chosen - they do not always come in one single piece*.

Our name plaques can be created *up to 60cm, 45cm and 30cm in length.
Choose from (3mm) pine, acrylic or one of our premium woods, and the option to add a small *middle name for underneath in block capitals (please select the correct option when purchasing). Please enter the middle name along with the first name in the personalisation box AND font type.
*End result of height and length will depend on the length and type of name.
* Maximum height of 35cm, and maximum width of 60cm - which ever comes first (this is dependant on the font style and/or name length).
*Option is for one middle name only - if a second middle name is required, there will be an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order so we can help you with this.
